Message costs

users agree to be bound by the ICTSTIS http://www.icstis.org.uk
regulations.
Messages can either be bought in pre-paid blocks of 100
for £11.75
or paid by the originating mobile at the cost of 25p per
message.
All messages which cost the user 25p are prefixed with the
ID and "25p".
Blocks of messages and your current wallet size can be found
if you log in through the homepage.
